From the areas below you can download many of the applications and forms you will need to enroll in the Happening experience. All of these forms are in Adobe Acrobat’s *.pdf file format. The free Adobe Systems Acrobat reader is available at ADOBE

You must print ALL forms on white paper unless asked to do otherwise. Please, follow the directions on each form. Thank you and welcome to Happening!

While adults are encouraged (and needed) to participate in Happening, participation comes with the expectation that you will be involved in the Happening program beyond your initial weekend. Please take this into consideration when completing this application. Adult volunteers are essential in the Happening ministry and your continued support will be invaluable.

You can only HAPPEN once, but there are many ways in which you can continue to support the Happening experience. While with adult Happeners participation in future Happenings is a requirement and condition of their participation. Yet, for the regular Happeners there are many areas where your help is not just needed, it is required to make future Happenings work.

Regular Happeners must feel the CALL. Do you feel it? If so, use the forms below to answer that call.

Participation in the Lock-In requires participants to first attend Happening. If you qualify as a past Happener, please apply.

The Happening Lock-in serves as a support ministry for the Happening weekends.

If you feel called to minister during a Happening weekend we want you to fill out this application. Remember, you must be a past Happener.

We also urge you to offer your prayers for the Rector and Big who will be reviewing this application. Ask God to help you find your ministry within the Happening ministry. Be sure your application is mailed to the Lay Director.
